What are the hours of operation?
Customer service is open between 8 am - 6 pm. For deliveries, the order slots open at 5 am and the last order is at 1 pm. We are open Monday to Friday.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently serve London (inside M25) only.

About the Language Translation Documents Service, what Languages can I translate to?
This Service is also known as "Translate 'N' Deliver". Here 'N' is a shortened version of the word 'and'. At this moment in time, our possible Document Translations are processed into the Languages on our Website, in the Menu. The Languages are in the following Order: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Swahili, Ukrainian and Simplified Chinese. We are constantly reviewing Languages that are in Demand for our Services.
What size paper will my order come in?
We currently process all orders in A4 paper size (width by height: 210mm x 297mm, 21cm x 29.7cm, 11.7 inches x 8.3 inches).
What if I am not happy with the service?
You can speak to customer service between 9 am-5 pm. The team will do their best to resolve your issue.
Can I order via Email?
We would prefer if you would order via the website to allow the smoothest and safest experience possible. Please remember the Dial Code for the United Kingdom is '+44'. This Dial Code replaces the first '0' when placing a Phone Call.
