Digital Inlcusion Outreach
Across London, more than 270,000 people remain digitally excluded, unable to fully access the services, opportunities, and support that many take for granted. This exclusion limits independence, confidence, and participation in modern life.
Project Open Letter
Our staff are committed to changing this. Through dedicated door-to-door outreach, we identify and engage those most at risk of being left behind. We provide concessionary memberships, giving digitally excluded residents access to discounted printing services. These essential services support:

An Inclusive Offering
Appointments & Applications – ensuring individuals can print forms, confirmations, and documents needed for healthcare, benefits, or employment.
Local Directions – enabling navigation and connection with community resources.
Legal Advice – providing access to critical information that can protect rights and improve outcomes.
Catering & Everyday Materials – supporting small-scale economic activity and personal independence.

Empowering the Isolated
By reducing financial barriers and providing tailored support, our initiative increases confidence and independence for those who are not accustomed to technology. This practical, community-first approach empowers excluded Londoners to take part in everyday social and civic life, helping them transition towards greater digital confidence over time.
